First night check in, not very friendly or welcoming staff. The carpet in the room was covered in stains, the paint was peeling off the walls, the bathroom sink has a constant drip and the handle of the toilet was broken. Make sure you ask if you need reservations for the pool as we were not informed of this at all. The pool and water slides could use some maintenance, the hot tub was barely bath water temperature. But bonus there is a second pool and hot tub in the basement. For the price of the room, not very impressed at all.

Ourselves and the kids loved the water slides! That was the highlight for sure. Just make sure to pre book your time slot the morning of to ensure you can go when you wanted. The only reason we have 4 stars is the restaurant food wasn’t great. We managed but didn’t love what we ate.
