The 1 hr time slot allocated to facilitate three kids was inconvenient. We booked for a birthday so kids had nothing but 1 hr to use the pool. This pool schedule should be brought up at time of booking. Especially if there is a no refund policy. The deposit took 7 days to be refunded back to card. Deposit was more than the cost to stay

Great location for a stopover hotel. Staff very friendly. We don’t use the pool or waterslide area but lots of families seemed to be enjoying it. We would recommend to anyone looking for a cost friendly hotel in the Calgary area

Property was ok probably 2*. Bedding not the cleanest or whole room that clean. No transportation to airport after 10pm which isn't good for people coming in late. Save your money the water park wasn't that good.

Pool and waterslides were the highlight of our stay and the reason we booked this hotel. Room needed an update, shabby and furniture was stained; luckily the bed was very clean. Was definitely one of those "photos don't match the room type of deals", I am assuming some are renovated and some are not. Check-in and check-out was fast, friendly and efficient. We had an excellent appetizer supper in the lounge and the service there was top-notch as well. Underground parking for vehicles 6'4" and under, which we unfortunately could not utilize because we had our truck. I was a little leery of the parking lot because there was quite a bit of broken vehicle glass, however we were parked for 2 nights and experienced no issues.

Great stay with kids as solo mom. Booked a family room with 3 beds and outside area and was surprised how spacious it was. Decent kids meals through room service and of course amazing pool and water park. This hotel is a favourite for us and we try to stay at least once a year.
