The room was clean. Sink barely drained. Walls had the wall papered bubbled. Chair had wheels that did not roll not enough plug ins for 3 people’s devices. No base boards on the hall outside rooms. Drunks around outside not hotels fault but not a safe feeling

Even though the reservation was more than 3 weeks ago, unfortunately the receptionist chose the noisiest room in the first row next to the elevator, so everyone who wanted to use the elevator or the stairs had to hear that, and unfortunately on the side of the window I could hear the conversations of those smoking outside the hotel because my window is exactly on the floor above the hotel entrance. When I left the hotel, the employee told me that I could order the bill through Expedia, and even though he told me that, the way he told me was impolite. I am sure that I will not stay at this hotel again, and I will not advise my acquaintances to come to this hotel either.

The evening front end staff , it was a lady and I don’t remember her name, was excellent. She went above and beyond for helping us out . She was friendly and as I say, very helpful

I love the employees the'yre super nice and cooperative.But I had only experienced 1 problem theres a cockroach in the bathroom.I hope they clean it and change the carped.But overall foods and staff they are very okay❤️

The rooms were really very bad. Not worth the money. We stayed there for more than a week and still were not given a change of room or anything. It was really a bad experience

Staff at the front desk was very kind at check in. The property is under renovation but I don't recall being warned about this anywhere. Our room was very dark, the shower scalded me as it kept running hot then cold, the toilet ran almost all night long, there were a couple random hairs in the bathroom that didn't belong to us and I found one on the bed too. Also found a used tissue on the floor that didn't belong to me or my husband. The temperature in the room was impossible to keep at a decent temperature. The fan either blew freezing cold air (directly at the bed that was jammed up against it making that bed unusable unless you wanted to catch pneumonia) or sticky and warm. The beds were uncomfortable. The lighting in the room was super dark, the bathroom was ridiculously small with little to no counter space for anything. The free breakfast was subpar dried scrambled eggs with zero flavour and the greasiest bacon I have ever seen. To be fair the tater tots were crunchy and the coffee was tasty. But not good enough to erase the terrible experience. Will not stay here again or likely a best western anywhere.

The bathrooms were very small. The carpet in the hall was loose could not roll the luggage cart and that was duct taped together. The drywall in the lobby had damage and was not even repaired. The front desk attendant had a dirty Best Western shirt on.
