We were not offered the upgrade nor the beverage we were promised as there was no restaurant or bar on the premises. Also there was no decaf coffee available when we asked for it.

We were able to get the room on short notice. The weather was bad. The room was perfect for our needs. Wished we had been able to try the gym. Location was perfect and very easy to get to the parking area even on the fairly busy road

It’s is just south of Calgary which was perfect for my visit. However, it not next to the down town area where there are more things to do! The price was right for us

A wonderful stay and I will be here again!
This is a lovely hotel, large with many facilities including a pool and guest laundry. There are ice machines on each floor although the one on my floor was currently under maintenance however front desk made sure I had ice whenever I needed it. My room was both immaculate and super comfy. I am traveling by myself with my senior small dog so they gave me a king size bed in a nice single room on the third floor. Housekeeping keeps the rooms and the hallways pristine and the front desk was very accommodating when I needed extra towels. I was here for 6 nights and I plan to return for 2 weeks at Christmas. In fact this has been such a pleasant stay and the facility is in such a convenient area on the McLoud trail that I plan to stay here often as I come to Calgary at least four times a year to visit my children and grandchildren, and in the summers for longer stays. Having tried several facilities this one checks all the boxes and I look forward to staying here again. I also want to mention that it was very quiet I did see and greet others that were also staying on my floor but I never heard any noise and was very comfortable. And of special note are the front desk and housekeeping staff. Both were exceptional. The front desk was efficient and friendly, knowledgeable and aware of everything going on within the facility. Housekeeping was also extremely efficient and very accommodating. Both teams knew what they were doing and were on top of things at all times. I only regret

A very nice, clean hotel that is centrally located on a commercial corridor and is just outside downtown Calgary. Can travel in all directions easily from the hotel. Foods, drinks and entertainments are only minutes away by car. The hotel is very quiet inside though it's situated on a traffic corridor. It has plenty of parking spaces. Maid services are excellent; room cleaned, fresh towels and toiletry items re-supplied everyday. Very pleased with the stay.
