Very satisfied but one persistent issue
This is a fine resort hotel, however, I was troubled by the inoperative Air Conditioning which ultimately required that we move to a different room. It was on-and-off, and was ultimately resolved, but the problem was annoying and interruptive. Otherwise, a great stay! Great food, very nice staff.

Estadia razoável. Tivemos a opção de café da manhã e jantar, porém o jantar só dá pra comer o macarrão que fazem na hora, o restante era comida que restava do almoço e como eram três diárias tivemos que jantar fora um dia, ou passávamos três dias a macarrão. Em um dia a principal piscina estava vazia sem nenhum aviso do motivo. No domingo durante o dia não tinha funcionários no bar da piscina, para consumir alguma coisa precisávamos sair da piscina e ir ao bar do lado para fazer o pedido e que demorava bastante para ser servido, e o valor da diária foi o mesmo dos outros dias onde o bar da piscina estava funcionando. É como se nada dentro do hotel funcionasse no domingo, sendo assim o valor da diária teria que ser alterado.

Fiquei hospedado 5 dias e pelo preço que paguei a comida ficou muito a desejar, sem variedade nenhuma, tanto café da manhã, quanto no jantar. Cama de casal terrivel, e limpeza poderia melhorar um poucos mais, principalmente nos banheiros (não somente nos quartos, mas nos banheiros externos do hotel). Funcionários do parque Kawana totalmente despreparados para lidar com o público (restaurante e sorveteria) sendo muitas vezes mal educados nos atendimentos. Pensaria duas vezes para retornar no Prive Thermas Oficial.

Esse é o melhor hotel para ficar em Caldas Novas, acesso a diversos parques com muitas coisa para crianca. Comida ótima ele atendimento muito bom. Gostei muito do atendimento, porem nao gostei de algumas coisas agua das picinas do hotel muito quentes que nao era possivel entrar, reforma de uma das piscinas sem aviso durante a minha estadia e agua muito quente na piscina infantil inviabilizando a brincadeira das criancas em um dos dias de minha estadia.
