The modern apartment with a premium natural wood interior and mountain view consists of a very well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms (one of them with 2 single beds) as well as one bathroom. It can therefore accommodate 5 people. Amenities also include Wi-Fi, air conditioning and 2 TV sets with satellite and cable TV. A baby bed (€10 per day) and a high chair (€5 per day) are available upon request at an extra charge. There is also a washing machine, a dryer and an iron in a laundry room, which can be used for free. Public transport is also located in the immediate vicinity and the centre of Bolzano is a 27-minute drive away (16.1 km).

There is a garage and a room to store your bikes, which both are monitored by CCTV.
