La Pineta
La casa e' esattamente come nelle foto. E' fornita di tutti i confort necessari come WIFI, Tv, Lavatrice (un po vecchia ma funziona), scaldabagno, parcheggio macchina, frigorifero e tutto cio che serve in cucina. Zona molto tranquilla a 15 minuti di macchina dal centro dal paese. 10 min a piedi dalla spiaggia. Molto silenziosa per notti tranquille. La proprietaria e' molto attenta cortese e gentile. Reperibile sempre. Ho trovato la casa pulita, fornita di lenzuola e asciugamani igenizzati, un cestino pieno di zucchine e cetrioli bio del giardino della proprietaria. E siccome dopo una buffera di scirocco il WIFI non funzionava bene per qualche giorno, la proprietaria, per radolcire l'incoveniente, mi ha regalato un barattolo di miele biologico di loro proprieta'. Buonisssimoooo. L'unico problema e' stata l'umidita'. La casa era chiusa tutto l'inverno, un inverno ricco di piogge, ed io ero il primo ospite. E' stata poco arieggiata prima della mia venuta. Comunque la proprietaria ha cercato di risolvere il problema con un deumidificatore su ruote. Facile da trasportare da ambiente ad ambiente e cambiando i materassi. Cosi risolvendo quasi totalmente il problema. Nella sua totalita' un ottima permanenza.
