Quarto pequeno para 4 pessoas

O quarto que alugamos era para 6 pessoa mas estávamos em 4 porém achamos muito apertado. Podia ter mais espelhos porque somente tinha um no banheiro que fazia congestionar a nossa arrumação pra sair. O café da manhã tem dias que estava agradável mas tinha que chegar mais cedo porque se enchia um pouco de hóspedes ja faltava muita coisa. Os funcionários eram bem solícitos.

Tem muito a melhorar. Nao gostei da experiência!

Pelo valor cobrado, esperava uma experiência melhor. Nao fica ninguém na recepção, depois de quase 10 minutos na espera foi que chegou alguem de outra pousada informando que o check-in seria por la. Apesar da variedade, o café da manhã poderia ser melhor (alguns itens esfarelam açucar e outros nem um pouco saborosos). Assim como a limpeza do quartos, troca da roupa de cama e toalhas. Ate mesmo sabonetes tem que ficar solicitando. Nem wifi foi repassado e nao constam informações no quarto.

Falta recepcionista e segurança 😢

A pousada não tem recepcionista, tivemos que fazer o Check- in em outra pousada, tem poucos funcionários e os hóspedes que tem que procura- los para pedir cobertas e qualquer serviço, não tem segurança, qualquer pessoa que chegar entra, a pousada é antiga e bem simples, o café é servido em um restaurante do lado, foi bom, mas não tem muita variedade.

A pousada está muito bem localizada e tem uma equipe excelente de atendimento, limpeza e café da manhã. Infelizmente a cama estava com o estrado quebrado e o colchão muito velho, assim não era confortável.

O quarto cheirava a mofo e coisa guardada, o chuveiro caia uma agua gelada junto com a quente, limpeza do banheiro deixou a desejar também, na recepção nem sempre tinha gente quando íamos…. Tá certo que pelo valor não esperava algo 5 estrelas mas pelo menos a limpeza deveria ser de acordo.
