I can’t say enough good things about this hotel! Clean, spacious and the staff is so friendly and helpful!! Akemi restaurant has excellent food and service. Hany, the manager, was so nice. You can’t go wrong staying here.

Mr Sammi, Mohd Saleh, Shami, Khalid, Ali and the full team at this hotel is super amazing!! Great hotel, restaurant and staff that take care of you. Great view of the pyramids from the rooftop. Restaurant has great food options and drinks. Everyone is welcoming and so gracious. Elevators work well. Very happy with this stay. Will be back. Highly recommended!!

rooms are clean, staff is very nice and very helpful. the street in front of hotel is under construction and taxi/Uber have a hard time finding the place. it's close to the new museum and the Pyramids. view on the roof top restaurant is amazing

I was only here for a short stay, but I hope to be return. The location is perfect—or will be once the museum is finished and the construction of the metro line is complete. Free airport transfer was convenient. The room was very nice with a view of the Pyramids and the new (unfinished but beautiful) Museum. Complimentary bottled water and coffee and tea in the room was very welcome. The bathroom design is a bit awkward and the shower design in particular makes for a very wet floor. The reason for the lower rating on the surrounding area is because a new Metro station is being built and the road is torn up in front and noisy construction went until midnight, but it didn't keep me up. The rooftop restaurant is open 24/7. I only got to have breakfast and some fresh afternoon mango juice, but the menu looked great. The real reason to stay here, however, is the hospitality. I can’t say enough about how friendly, welcoming, and accommodating everyone was. From Khalid and his staff (Mohamed for one) in the restaurant, to manager, Shami, who sat with me on the terrace to chat about the area, the hotel, the museum, whatever, everyone was excellent. The hotel had even arranged for a tour of the antiquities that I could not take when I arrived, so they reserved me dinner with a view of the light show at the Pyramids. And then arranged transportation to my next location. I can’t say enough about these wonderful people.

This hotel is really excellent It’s new just opened from about a month and everything is perfect , starting from the staff and how professional they are , to the view of the grand Egyptian museum with the great Giza pyramids is really unique and breathtaking, the food there is too good and with a huge variety Totally recommend this hotel

Excellent choix.
Hôtel très récemment rénové, ou même construit…? Restaurant terrasse avec vue imprenable sur le nouveau grand musée du Caire. Vue lointaine sur les grandes pyramides de Gizeh. Personnel professionnel et attentionné, sans être insistant. L’équipe de service du restaurant est compétente, ce ne sont pas des personnes qui se sont improvisées serveur. Travaux de voirie en cours devant l’établissement lors de mon passage. L’entrée a été difficile à trouver malgré la signalisation mise en place. Attention, n’imaginez pas non plus aller au musée en traversant la rue à pied. La route est trop fréquentée et un mur imposant sépare les sens de circulation. Salle de douche très agréable, éclairage mettant en valeur chaque pièce. Un très bon hôtel parmi ceux de mon séjour, avec un tarif extrêmement compétitif. Mieux à ce prix, est ce possible au Caire ?
