The hotel’s internet service is extremely poor; I couldn’t even log into my bank account using the hitel internet. Additionally, the reception phone number is often unavailable, making it difficult to arrange an airport shuttle. I do not recommend it as your first choice.

I love the fact that it’s close to the airport.. there’s a shuttle that dropped me off the airport.. I took the taxi to go over which wasn’t that bad . The facility is very clean and very lively.. 2 pools and 3 restaurants and a cafe inside the hotel. Love it

Good hotel
I enjoyed my stay at novotel. Only down side was its too far from any amenties and from the city. Some places would not deliver food here and there are no supermarkets or anything around.

One night of rest.
The hotel is in a great location. The rooms are spacious for a short stay. The water is hot with good shower pressure. The food good however the servers are too quick to take the dishes. I eat slowly and every few seconds someone came to snatch my plate, even reaching to take it while I still had my fork in my hand. Overall the hotel staff were very helpful and I would recommend staying.

The Novotel exceeded our expectations. Everything seemed very high-quality and high class, and we were treated with the upmost of respect. It was very easy to get to with the free airport shuttle bus Or an overhead skytrain. The included breakfast is absolutely incredible, I would go there simply for the breakfast! They also have 2 Awesome swimming pools And very friendly staff. We were even invited to return at the end of our Egypt trip to spend a few hours there on the way back to the airport if we needed to. Highly recommended if you want a hustle and hassle free way to start and or end your trip, Because believe me, you’ll need it.
