After fully paying for two nights, sending two messages that we will be arriving after midnight, even hours before arriving I remaining them of our late arrival, we got there and our paid room has been giving to someone else and no rooms were available. They apologies but at 4 am was a nightmare to fond a room somewhere else. We want a full refund. Hopefully we were get it. The clerk said Expedia never forward our messages to them, and they to blame. Waiting for Expedia apologies and refund.

This is a relatively new hotel, with everything new and clean, in a convenient location. I had very nice 4 nights here. The staffs are very professional and helpful. And I will stay here again in my future trip to Cairo

The floor where the hotel is , was no bad , the rest of the building is horrible, the stairs are scary and dirty, the elevator has no inside doors, and specifically be really careful if you buy any tour or Nilo cruise, they destroy our vacation by laying to us with a Nilo cruise, all they want is to get your money,don’t pay anything until you get it, better do everything on line, we almost lost $1800 , and ending not going to the Nile because of them

The room was great and the front desk people in the morning and at the night were exceptional and super friendly. Our room had a great view of the Nile, Cairo tower and couple hotels in the back ground with a wide view of the city. Overall much better experience than hotels specially for people that have programs and won’t be spending that much time in the room.

Fabulous stay! The room was huge with a great view, and everything was new and super clean. The hotel was easy to find, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Perfect location, just around the corner from the Egyptian Museum. Would definitely stay again!

the structure is located in an 8-storey building with other hotels, the building is old but the structure is completely restored and smells new, beautiful room and staff with a rare welcome and kindness, very friendly and available for any need, I was Very well

L’entrée à l’hôtel n’est pas du tout évident. Mais la surprise est totale à la sortie de l’ascenseur au 8 e étage. Tout est impeccable et le personnel est courtois et attentif. La propreté des chambres et des lieux est impeccable. Très recommandable.
