Dear Mr Nicolas, Thank you for your review, according to the hot water , in the toilets it is daily 24 hours , according to the room condition, we need to know what is the problem? Regarding the room , for the English language if there someone from the staff doesn't speak any different language, they are using the translation system to deal with different people , with different languages , we will put your feedback into consideration thank you so much
