Welcome to Sangria Sunset by Bluewater Marina, a completely private house and spacious hideaway nestled at the heart of Bluewater Estate in Trinity Park.

Our Cairns Beaches holiday house is naturally light filled, cool and airy with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, ideal for large families or friends travelling together to relax and feel at home.

Outside we have a large 10 seat outdoor dining setting and lounge overlooking the water and the pool.

Inside, you'll find a modern and well-equipped kitchen, complete with high-quality appliances, plenty of bench space, and a kitchen bench bar that seats four. The combined living and dining areas are perfect for entertaining, with a 55-inch smart TV and a large dining table overlooking the pool and marina.

Each of the bedrooms is designed with your comfort in mind, with large windows, quality bedding, and plenty of space to relax. The master bedroom features a king-sized bed and a spacious ensuite bathroom with double vanities, a separate toilet, and a large shower. The other bedroom come with either queen or single-sized bunk beds and offer plenty of natural light and tropical breezes.

Outside, you can soak up the sun and enjoy the beautiful surroundings by the pool or relax on the open patio. The pool temperature varies depending on the sun and we can't guarantee a warm temperature. If you prefer a breeze, simply open the large sliding doors and let the air flow through the living room.

During the summer months, you'll appreciate the fully air conditioned bedrooms and living areas, ensuring you stay cool and comfortable no matter the temperature outside.

Our linen is hotel quality and professional cleaned. Each guest is provided 1 bath towel and 1 pool towel. We also provide hand towels, face washers, bathmats and tea towels.

Bag storage before or after your stay is not available, but we can give you some suggestions after booking, please ask if you require details.

HOUSE RULES
We aim to make your stay as comfortable as possible. For us to do so we would appreciate you following the house rules. These rules are a condition of your occupancy.
Check-in is after 3pm, Check-out is 10am.
Please respect our property and leave it as you found it, clean and tidy.
No smoking inside the property.
No pets allowed unless stated in property description. If the property is pet friendly, any damage caused by your pet or if extra cleaning is required because of your pet, an extra cleaning fee will be incurred.
If evidence of smoking or pets without approval are found, charges for extra cleaning fees will apply.
We take no responsibility for any loss or damage to property or injury or death to occupant, guest or invitee.
No unregistered guests allowed.
Maximum number of guests must not exceed property information for maximum guest numbers.
No parties or events permitted.
Please respect the neighbours and keep noise to a minimum before 7am and after 10pm. If a complaint is received you will receive a message via the booking platform, then a phone call. Failure to comply with reducing noise may lead to immediate eviction.
Please take out rubbish before you check out, location of bins are provided in your checkout instructions.
Please ensure all dishes and kitchenware are washed and returned to cupboards, fridge cleaned out and BBQ cleaned (if applicable).
Please take care of your keys/access cards. If you lock yourself out a callout fee will be incurred.
If the keys/access card are lost or taken with you on your departure, a replacement fee will be incurred.
No drugs or illegal substances allowed on the premises.
Please take care of the furnishings. Guests are responsible to pay for damage or breakages. Any damage/breakages to be reported to the host before checkout.
Any alteration to the booking must be made by the guest via the booking platform.
Internet connectivity varies from property to property, depending on location, weather and unforeseen events. We are unable to remedy technical issues outside of our control.
We do not refund for problems such as plumbing, electrical, Wifi not working, light globes blown or gas, etc. Any issues identified by the occupant must be communicated to the host and will be attended to as soon as practically possible.
At times, when the property is occupied, maintenance specialists are required to attend to their regular maintenance schedule, i.e. lawns and pools.
Any breach of the above rules will permit us to cancel or terminate a booking. Refunds will not be paid on terminated bookings.
Our cancellation policy is firm and we highly recommend that you purchase travel insurance to cover your trip in case of emergencies, illness, extreme weather, etc. Any refund requests outside of our cancellation policy will be declined. We are happy to provide documentation to your travel insurance company to help expedite your claim.

Beautiful home
The home was beautifully presented. Very clean and tidy. Everything we needed was there. Easy to get to Cairns or Port Douglas. Only downside was the outdoor lounge cushions had been left outside in the rain so we couldn’t enjoy lounging on the back deck when the sun eventually came out. Would definitely recommend.
