The room was clean and comfortable. We did not drive so can’t comment on parking. We arrived later than expected and front desk was responsive to email and sent instructions, was easy to get in. The property is older but it was fine and we had everything we needed including a comfy bed and working AC Perfect for a budget stay in Cairns

The bathroom window was locked open as the exhaust fan doesn't work. The windows from the backpackers hostel next door looked down into it. There was a water stain on the wall between the shower and a bed. There was a smell of mould when you opened the cupboard under the sink and some utensils had mould on them. The full flush on the toilet didn't work and you had to jiggle it for the water to stop running. Lack of sleep due to the hotel being located on the corner of two busy streets (one that led to the hospital so a lot of sirens). One of the driveway gates was broken and it sounded like people were screaming at each in the driveway.

Pleasantly surprised, booked here as a last minute trip. Very affordable and very comfortable room and bed. Plenty of space in the room. Even did my yoga in the room 🙃 Highly recommended for good value

Best customer service EVER EVER!!!!
We absolutely enjoyed our stay, and the location is excellent and most of all, the kind and excellent customer service! Letting us check in so early due to our flight arriving super early! No other hotel has treated us this nice in particular, priceless!!! Only request would be to please keep The pool open till 9 pm, would be appreciated and we look forward to coming back 💙
