Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Proprietaire pas recommandable. Nous avions loues les 01 et 02 janvier 2020 la maison entiere. Lorsque nous nous sommes presentes a la grille de la propriete, il n'y avait personne pour nous accueillir. Pour cause la proprietaire avait loue a d'autres personnes le bien par un autre site de reservation pour 4 nuits. Au premier appel telephonique, elle nous soutenait qu'on s'etait trompe. Au deuxieme appel, on a insiste pour qu'elle vienne. Elle a envoye la personne qui s'occupe de la casa qui s'est demenee pour nous trouver un autre logement pour une nuit. Pour la deuxieme nuit, nous avons trouve par nous meme a Remedios qui est beaucoup plus agreable que Caiberien. La proprietaire ne s'est meme pas excuser. Elle a pourtant ete payee. Nous avons fait une reclamation aupres d'Expedia. Mauvais souvenirs pour nous.
