Magnificent 3 bedroom flat with privileged views to the sea and the beach of La Victoria and with a private underground parking space in the same building with lift access (measuring 2,15m high, 2,50m wide and 4,3m long).

Upon entering the apartment we find on the left the main room with a 1.50 x 1.90 bed, built-in wardrobe, large window with sea views and a complete bathroom en suite. From the hall we access the fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary utensils for its use. Next, we have the living room with a dining table for six people, a beautiful sofa, Smart TV and access to the terrace equipped with a table and two chairs where you can enjoy the sea views.

Returning to the interior of the apartment, following the corridor to the right, we find the second room equipped with a 1.50 x 1.90 double bed, a wooden easel for clothes and exterior ventilation. Next we have a second full bathroom with a shower and finally we have the third room equipped with two single beds, a built-in wardrobe and exterior ventilation.

The apartment is located a few minutes walk from one of the best-known beaches in the city of Cádiz, Playa de la Victoria, where you can enjoy, in turn, its promenade that includes a wide variety of bars and restaurants where you can enjoy the best Andalusian gastronomy.

** For monthly stays, water and electricity supplies will be included up to a maximum of € 100 per month. If the expenses are higher, the guest will have to pay the difference. The corresponding invoice will be sent by the accommodation to the guest to verify the expenses**.

During your stay, the access to the property is limited exclusively to the number of individuals specified at the booking process. LOVED IT!
Three couples enjoyed this condo for 2 nights in September 2023. It is very modern with a great "beachy" decor. We loved the location, as it was off the beaten tourist path a bit. Please note that their picture makes it appear that it is right on the beach, but there is actually a road between it and the beach. Not that this mattered, but I just think it should be disclosed. There is a bike and jogging path between the road and the beach, and it is a great place to people watch. There is a beach bar right across the street and numerous restaurants just a few minutes' walk to choose from. You can also rent chairs on the beach with umbrellas. We had rented a 9 passenger Mercedes Vito van and weren't certain it would fit in the condo's single parking spot in the basement garage. It was a "tight fit", but it did fit! There is a grocery store a 5-minute walk away. We walked into Old town Cadiz. It is a flat easy walk. I think it took about 40 minutes. We took taxis back to the condo for only 5 Euros. The only thing I think that could be better is maybe a few more "essential items" provided. BUT....that is me being picky. We would definitely rent this condo again and would happily recommend it to others. Thank you, Javier and Susana, for the great communication through the WhatsApp. That process worked really well!!
