A beautiful hotel in a historic building. Our room was lovely in every regard — comfy bed, lots of room around it, huge shower, well-equipped bathroom with a bidet. Beautifully appointed: modern but with a lot of the historic character maintained. The staff were all more-than-friendly, more-than-kind, and helped us with everything from our nonexistent Spanish to our need for a cab to a lesson on how the train system worked. I cannot say enough nice things about this hotel. I would stay there any time; I would live there if I could.

Best boutique hotel
This is a absolutely beautiful property. The owner Carlos and his wife have paid attention to every detail from the most comfortable bed I have slept in a hotel in years. The lobby is stunning and each room uniquely decorated. Their staff is is friendly and go above and beyond in customer service. If I could give a 10 star review I would. Carlos and Ninfa, the owners and operators of this property are exceptional, they are caring, attentive and truly proud of their boutique hotel, which I would rate as one of the most fabulous properties I've stayed in.

Nice Boutique Hotel for seeing CÁDIZ..
CÁDIZ is a wonderful place to visit. This hotel is in the old town area. This means you cannot park near this hotel. It’s about a 5 minute walk from the car park. The boutique style is great and rooms though small are very well presented! The restaurant offers great food and service too..

Fabulous central hotel.
Lovely welcoming staff. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was amazing, very large walk in shower, separate toilet and bidet area and a super large sink. The toiletries provided were of a 5 star quality and everything was luxurious. The only downside was the towels were a bit meagre and so could have done with 2 not 1, as provided. Also we were next to the lift so there was a large party of noisy ladies on our second morning who were quite loud. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

Casa Cánovas is fairly new and beautiful. The hotel is beautifully and tastefully decorated. The downside is the restaurant is not open on Sundays and Mondays, and so we were not able to eat breakfast in the hotel which is a real minus. Also, for the price of the hotel, breakfast should included in the price. CC Boutique was the only hotel that did not offer an included breakfast during our whole 2-week trip throughout Andalucia. Water, slippers, or shower cap were not available in the room which is disappointing for a 4-star. Finally, the fella who checked us in was not friendly nor helpful.

Beautiful boutique hotel in the heart of central Cadiz Only downside is there is no bar/restaurant on-site. The rooftop terrace is lovely but they do not serve drinks/coffee there
