Perfect quiet spacious home
Located in a historic area within a walk to everything. Very comfortable, roomy and well appointed. The host was always available to help with entry and general questions.

We had a pleasent stay here in Cádiz. The Apartment was very clean and nice and silent. Located near good Restaurants and Bars. Mar, the owner, takes care and is very helpfull.

El apartamento es inmejorable, en pleno barrio de la Viña, al lado de la Caleta y su paseo.
Hemos estado en Semana Santa y el precio muy ajustado para 4 personas. La propietaria Pepi muy agradable y su hija Mar muy responsable, las dos preocupándose por nuestra estancia.

Perfecta ubicación, limpieza y organización
El piso y contenido todo nuevo. Todo muy bonito y cuidado. Atencion perfecta Desde su ubicación puedes moverte por todo el casco antiguo de Cadiz en pocos minutos. Junto a la única playa de la zona. El hecho de tener plaza de parking ofrece mucha comodidad. Lo único que faltaría para ser perfecto es un balcón o terraza. Perfectamente recomendable

Ruhige Lage in der Altstadt von Cadiz
Die Wohnung eignet sich hervorragend, wenn man die Altstadt erkunden will und ist gleichzeitig ganz nah zum Stadtstrand gelegen. Wir waren mit dem Mietwagen da und daher auch sehr dankbar für den optional angebotenen Parkplatz in der hauseigenen Tiefgarage. Die Vermieterin Mar ist supernett, sehr hilfsbereit und gibt auch gute Tipps für Cadiz.
