Pleasantly surprised with the space and the recent renovations here. Worth the money. Only thing missing was anywhere to hang coats, clothes, which would benefit all the workers who appear to use the motel as well as vacationers passing through like us. Especially if it’s wet out. And two remotes for the tv that we could not figure out to save our lives! Motel tv’s seem to have got so complicated and never come with instructions (we’re not all tech savvy). All in all we’d recommend this motel in Cache Creek :)

We stayed at the Destination Inn just for an overnight stop on our long journey. The inn started with a very polite and sweet host who got us settled quickly and efficiently. Our room was a cutie lil room reminiscent of Cache Creek’s very own Schitts Creek Motel! A clean and tidy room with what you need for a quick stay. Big tv with free streaming services! Simple but charming!

We felt extremly unsafe as the man in the next door room spent far too long checking the connecting door and then about1 hour later he used the key for his room and walked into our room.This should of never been posssible but it looks like the key to room 18 also opens the door to room 19.We went to complain and the excuse was they had given him the master key by mistake ,but I saw his key fob say it was for room 18.We then found out that the dead lock for our room did not work at all .We had to put chairs in front of our door so we could hear if anyone came in during the night.Needless to say we did not get a decent nights sleep because we felt unsafe.Do not use , security is non existent.

Motel was fine, nice layout. Room had full kitchen and air filter. Clean. Very small room, a bit overcrowded with furniture. For folks who are sensitive to it: strong laundry fragrance. Nice manager, good rec for breakfast: Cheryl's Place, walkable distance. Location convenient to fairgrounds, walked to annual classic car show.

It’s an old motel remodeled that still needs a lot of work. Twin room was two singles that squeeked.
