We loved everything about this resort. The people, the location, the quality of food and the easy access to the other resort. There are many people that deserve a shout out, especially Irving. He made our stay very hospitable and easy.

The resort was BEAUTIFUL! It had some of the most breathtaking views! For it to be a family resort, it was rather quiet. There wasnt much to do, unless i missed a few things. We had more fun going over to Rose'. However, I do have a few complaints. When we first arrived (around 230pm) we immediately noticed a few ants crawling in the kitchen. By that next morning there were more! On the counters, on the stove, coming out the wall sockets, and on the table. The moment you sat something down they took over. We mentioned at front. Noone did anything. The next morning we wake up to a THICK, when i say thick.. you could take a ruler & it was probably 2 inches wide, line of ants at the top of the wall, going from the kitchen window, wrapped around the ththe back wall behind the frig, going around the foyer, THEN still lined through the livingroom going to the balcony! Like OMG! We called someone they did come spray immediately, but not really an apology or acknowledgement of how alarming this is. They sprayed which left a particular smell from the chemicals, then the solution was running down the wall & even when they left, not all were dead. Secondly, the walls are thin, I heard our neighbo Also, the food is mediocre & drink are watered down. They charged extra fees & couldnt explain them. When i asked he was short & printed it in Spanish. I didnt translate until i got home, 6 charges for charity to a hospital & 7 to a health declaration.

We LOVED it. It is a timeshare , so be prepared for the consistency of the sales reps . Property 10/10. Food and restaurants options 10/10. Staff and hospitality 10/10. The ability to visit the sister resorts definitely added great value. We are POC.. and service and kindness were consistent from staff. Views breath taking. We will be returning.

The property is rundown , old, no amenities, dirty a lot of bugs and extremely rude staff that never smiles with no service! Do not expect any white glove service at this hotel they don’t even offer you a welcome cocktail. They are not accommodating at all. I did not feel safe at this property either.

My Fiance and I stayed from Aug 25th until Sep 1st. My fiance and I are long-distance due to our jobs so this was our annual meet-up. He flew from KOREA to this resort and upon arrival, we were treated with a welcoming embrace. We were extremely excited to explore all this resort had to offer, and it seemed like it was going to be the perfect vacation. Unfortunately, the next day ( Aug 26th) my fiance opened the shower door (which is fully tempered glass) and the door broke off the hinge. This caused the glass door to shatter and explode shards of glass onto him. His entire forearm and leg were cut open and he was bleeding profusely. I immediately called the front desk and they sent their medical to our room quickly. He ended up with 12 stitches total. The medical team then came out with the bill and we were forced to pay the $580 USD bill. The next day, we spoke to a manager to get a new room because we no longer had a shower door and still finding pieces of glass on the floor. We were moved to a new room, and the manager confirmed with their maintenance team that the door hinges were bent and rusty causing the break. He refused to reimburse us for our medical bill although Article V of Hotel Regulations “The hotel will cover the expenses caused when the guest’s illneness is due to causes attributable to the establishment itself”. We emailed for some kind of refund and have yet to get a response although we've called and talked to multiple staff regarding this situation.
