Is the studio private?
Yes! It’s attached to our family home, but it has its own entrance and a private garden area.

How close is the beach?
It’s about a 10-minute walk—great for morning swims or sunset strolls!

What can I expect from the kitchenette?
The kitchenette is small but perfect for quick meals. It has a stove burner, microwave, toaster, fridge, coffee plunger and kettle, though there’s no oven or kitchen sink.

Is off-street parking available?
Yes! There’s free street parking right in front of the house. If you’d prefer more secure parking, let us know—we’re happy to offer access to the gated driveway at no extra charge.

Can we bring our dog?
Of course! The garden is fenced, and there’s a great dog beach nearby. Message us to learn more about dog-friendly places in Byron—there are heaps! Let us know about your furry family member when booking, pre-approval is required.

Can we bring a 4th person?
Yes, but it will be a tight squeeze. We can provide a comfy fold-up single mattress and linens for the 4th guest. There is a fee of $30/night for the 4th person that is paid separately from the reservation.
