Pretty much what you’d expect for the price. Clean, tidy, quiet. Easy check-in. Everything worked. Ugly view of a car park but fine for me since I was just in town for work

Run down room with awfully uncomfortable bed. The toilet was leaking badly, leaving a large unhygienic puddle on the floor. The staff was very rude and unconcerned about it. Did not clean it up nor washed the floor with a disinfectant. One had to trod on the dirty wet floor every time one had to go to the bathroom. Management should have at least refunded some money as I did not get the room I paid for and probably picked up some infection.

It’s just in great location to the town only minutes to town and nice and cosy and quiet and clean thanks very much I would recommend this to everyone else that’s looking for accommodations in Ballina
