Welcome to the newest house on the Byron block. We are delighted to host you in this beautifully appointed house we call Bohemian@Byron.
From the moment you enter the house, you’ll be delighted with the light and fabulous feel. Put your bags down and breathe in - it’s time to relax.
In a sought-after and family-friendly suburb, you’ll be close to the action and amenities of Byron in your own sunny and stylish abode. Ideally positioned for a perfect getaway, you won't ever want to go home.
BEDS: A king-size master bedroom with private ensuite and walk-in wardrobe, and a giant 70" TV. Three other upstairs bedrooms have their own unique feel and charm. Full bathtub and shower upstairs with separate lavvy. Furniture is hand-crafted by artisans (not IKEA!), and everything has been selected and perfected by a specialist interior designer.
RETREAT: The second lounge or parents' retreat upstairs features another 70" TV, record player and board games for a rainy night in.
LIVING: Downstairs is a WFH home office with a comfortable Herman Miller chair. The desk folds down to reveal a Murphy bed/wall bed for additional guests or fifth bedroom. The large lounge features a 65" TV , breakfast counter and extendable dining table that can seat 6 or up to 12 people.
KITCHEN: fully-equipped kitchen with stovetop, full oven, grill, microwave and dishwasher, plus a selection of pots, pans, utensils and other kitcheny-type things ;)
OUTSIDE: great saltwater pool, fully-fenced yard, imported Buddhist and Hindu statues, a four-burner BBQ, and a decent firepit for those cooler evenings, marshmallows or ghost stories.
(Please do not move the firepit; it is on sand to prevent damage to grass, astroturf and the property. Please, no glassware in the pool area, and do not leave the pool gate jammed open. This is for your safety and the safety of others. Please leave the driveway clear to allow access to the back unit, as nobody likes to be woken at 3am to move their car. Aside from that, treat the place with the respect you would give your beloved friends' house and all shall be well.)
