Location is great and Erin at reception was welcoming and helpful. Room was generous and clean. Only drawback was that being in a downstairs room we could hear plumbing noises from all the units around and lots of noise from stairwell and room above.

A great location, staff were friendly and facilities were good, but being on the ground floor is not recommended due to the ongoing noises including toilet usage throughout the night, coming from the people in the room above. Definitely needs insulation between downstairs and upstairs rooms.

Overnight stay in Ballina
Clean and probably better than the usual motel. Strange things were that there was a washbasin outside the bathroom and there was a noxious smell in the bathroom most of the time. Otherwise tea and coffee facilities were good and plenty of space in the room
