Welcome to Tradewinds 4 - a sunny, north-facing 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom townhouse located only 5 minutes walk from Byron Bay town and 1 minute walk from Clarkes Beach. This lovely double storey holiday apartment sits on a quiet street and is nestled in leafy foliage, offering privacy and seclusion. Inside, it's bright and breezy, with an open-plan living and dining space and a generous, fully equipped kitchen. A private, outdoor alfresco spaceframed by a tropical gardenis located off the living and dining areas, perfect for balmy Byron BBQ's with friends and family. Upstairs, three light-filled bedrooms await, with two bedrooms opening on to the sunny outdoor balcony space.

Sleeping:
Summer slumber beckons in the lovely sunny sleeping space - 3 bedrooms located upstairs are bright and breezy, with the master featuring sliding doors to a private balcony and the second bedroom offering a door to the balcony space, as well as a wall mounted flat screen TV.

Had a great stay Byron Bay surfing Lennox & Cabarita which are easy drives from Byron. The property was perfect for four adults being, tidy, comfortable, well equipped, spacious & located near great beaches, cafes & restaurants.

Had a great time in Byron. Home was in a perfect location, short walk to beach and 15 min walk to town. Plenty of room for our family of five with all the usual comforts such as wifi, Netflix, beach towels and toys and off street parking. Would definitely stay here again.

Awesome Property, Awesome Location
Great property in a fantastic location. The townhouse is an easy 2 minute walk to the beach, 5 minutes to The Pass, 10 mins to town, 20 mins to Wattegos. It is a generously sized open plan townhouse with large windows looking out to a well kept tropical garden with a large entertaining area, deck, daybed & outdoor shower. We found the place to be spotlessly clean & was really well equipped with everything we needed for our stay, including entertaining, kitchen & laundry accessories, games for the kids etc. Our only issue was finding a few damaged fixtures & blinds on arrival after paying a considerable bond. Recommended
