The beach is just one mile from your front door at this quaint, beautifully updated Cape Cod ranch in Bourne. On this expansive piece of property, you'll have a deck that wraps around the house, an arbor out back where you can dine in the shade, and a lovely, park-like yard with plenty of space to relax and play.

This home sits two miles south of the Bourne Bridge, in a location that's wonderful for beach-goers. Choose between Monument Beach (one mile), Gray Gables Beach (two miles), Hen's Cove Public Beach (three miles), or Barlows Landing Beach (three miles) for a memorable day of fun in the sun.

Whether you spend your vacation swimming, golfing, or riding bikes, you'll love coming home to this tree-lined respite. Rinse off any lingering sand in the outdoor shower, watch your kids play tag in the grass, and sneak afternoon naps in the hammock. Both a Big Green Egg and a gas grill are on hand for barbecue dinners, so you can set the outdoor table and dine alfresco with the sunlight filtering through the trees.

Step inside to find a cool, comfortable, and modern living space, with generous windows and mini-split air conditioning throughout the house. Everything feels bright and polished - the living room with its 83-inch 4K TV (with Nintendo Switch), the kitchen with its stainless steel appliances, and the dining room with its large table seating the entire family. There's even a home office overlooking the garden with ladder access to a crow's nest up top.

Of the four serene bedrooms, two have en suite bathrooms and another is set up with bunks for the kids. A private washer/dryer is on hand as well.

Amazing home with great amenities!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this amazing home. It has been completely renovated with state of the art amenities and beautiful decor. The whole house was thoughtfully stocked with every detail in mind, we had everything we needed for our entire stay. The location was perfect and the backyard was such a bonus. We highly recommend this home for a great visit with family and friends.
