Strongly Recommended Place!
We had an amazing stay at Cida´s house. We were two families, 10 people including children. You will find in the house everything you need for a comfortable stay, plus Cida advice at your request for whatever you could need (on the house itself, buy groceries, how to get to some place, etc..). Additionally, Mara is in charge of keep everything clean and sound in the outside, and can be hired for the inside if you need any kind of help. The location is great, as you are very close to Joao Fernandes and Azeda beaches (also Praia Dos Ossos, but many boats there!), so easily reachable just walking. Ferradura beach is easy to reach too taking cheap transportation to downtown and then walk for a while (you spend probably 5-10 minutes to downtown). You have direct access to Orla Bardot and Rua das Pedras walking by the seashore, very nice for sightseeing, choose where to have lunch or dinner, or just having some drinks. My only comments are the following: the 3 bedrooms in the first floor are dark and humid for our standards, don´t get me wrong, those bedrooms are very nice as the remainder ones, but for someone who came from dry weather fells like missing some daylight and fresh air. Also, we felt the WiFi connection slow, nowadays everyone and every single piece of device log to the Internet, so you can add: mobile phones, IPods, IPads, laptops plus TVs, so any connection provided will suffer big pressure!. Finally, basic cable TV is provided, and for some reason we were not able to log in to Netflix (we blame the Internet connection). In our case, those former remarks were not important, and our stay was really nice. I strongly recommend Cida´s house, you will have Buzios as it best!. Finally, I would like to thanks Cida and Mara for all their help and support, clearly they made our stay better. Hope we can come back in the near future. Sergio Vasquez - Santiago - Chile.

Otima Ferias em Familia
No primeiro contato com a Cida (proprietária) foi formidável com a rapidez da resposta e clareza nas informações, a casa é exatamente como o descrito no anuncio com todas as funcionalidades e recursos em funcionamento. Casa ampla e arejada, tão ampla que os quartos no piso inferior em nem conheci (mas todos que ficaram por lá só elogiaram) a turma eram em 16 pessoas pernoitando na casa mas não parecia estar lotado pelo fato dos ambientes serem amplos. Levamos roupa de cama e toalha de primeira linha tanto em quantidade quanto em qualidade. Casa muito limpa, conforme relatos anteriores. Localização da casa excelente no meio do caminho entre João Fernandez e a Rua das Pedras . Solicitei uma indicação de uma cozinheira/arrumadeira para nos auxiliar e foi indicado a Lamar que foi extremamente eficiente e discreta deixando o cafe da manha posto a mesa e tudo organizado e limpo logo apos nossa saída para praia. Só tivemos um problema com um dos ar condicionados que foi resolvido rapidamente. Estava preocupado com a falta de água em Búzios mas a Cida controla tudo e a casa tem uma capacidade grande de armazenamento que ninguém percebeu que havia falta de água na cidade. Enfim tudo ótimo, foi uma ótima experiencia em Búzios.

Excelente escolha!
A casa é ótima, tudo conforme o combinado. A dona da casa foi super atenciosa e solícita desde o começo. A Lamar, assistente da Cida, que cuida da casa é super eficiente e sempre com boa vontade. A da localização tambem é ótima! Fomos e voltamos a pé da praia com criancas sem o menor problema. Fomos em família e todos aprovaram e adoraram o fim de semana. Com certeza voltaremos.

Ótima casa e excelente vista
Todas as expectativas da casa foram atendidas. Os cômodos são espaçosos e bem limpos, e os ambientes comuns são bem confortáveis para os hóspedes estarem. As camas dos quartos são boas e os banheiros bastantes espaçosos. A churrasqueira próxima a piscina torna o convívio bastante agradável. A localização é boa, bem próximo a praia de João Fernandes. A proprietária sempre disponível e atenciosa para nos atender.

Casa limpa, bonita e muito funcional
Todas as expectativas a respeito da casa foram atendidas. É muito limpa e os cômodos espaçosos, inclusive a sala, onde todos os hóspedes podem conviver com conforto. A churrasqueira funciona perfeitamente sem esfumaçar a varanda e piscina. A decoração e o jardim são impecáveis. A localização é boa, próximo às praias dos ossos, azeda e azedinha, além da orla Bardot. Pegamos muita chuva e vento, o que ocasionou algumas quedas de luz, mas não atrapalharam. A proprietária Cida e a caseira Mara sempre estiveram presentes para resolver as dúvidas e pequenos problemas, como a troca de lâmpadas queimadas.
