O pior Hotel que fiquei desde sempre pelas seguintes razões : 1. Check In - Fila interminável se nenhuma organização que demorou mais de 2 horas. Entretanto a carregar as malas e com filho pequeno. 2. Quarto sujo, sofás rasgadas...., camas velas, mau cheiro geral. Geladeira antiga sem nenhuma agua. 3. Room Service inexistente, ninguém atende na recepção. 4. Serviço de malas inexistente, tivemos que transportar as malas até a porta do quarto. O resort é grande. 5. Café da Manha, Almoço, Jantar - filas para entrar, varias vezes tive que aguardar mesa e talheres. 6. Comida ok para fraco, poucas opções 7. Piscina suja 8. Localização Boa. 9. Infraestrutura péssima, tudo velho a cair aos pedaços, desde os quartos, as portas, as placas, elevador não funciona.... 10. Não recomenda, pelo mesmo valor encontram se opções muito melhores... 11. Claramente decepcionado 12. Check Out - mais filas... desta vez 1 hora e meia 13. Vendedores de marketing a tentar vender cotas de empreendimentos durante a estadia.....

O hotel é muito bom, area de lazer otima, comida boa, porem precisam organizar melhor o check in e o check out! Levei mais de 1 hora aguaradando os dois! Cheguem antes pois se perde muito tempo fazendo check in e na saida a mesma coisa! Nunca vi um ckeck tao demorado!

Como dizem a primeira impressão é a que fica!!! Pois nem, experiência horrível, fiz o check in as 5:00 da madrugada e quando no quarto, o banheiro estava com o vaso sanitário todo sujo, o banheiro todos sujo de bicho no chão, os móveis são encardidos, a cama dura. Enviei mensagem pra recepção e falaram que iriam em enviar o serviço de quarto no outro dia, quando voltei da praia haviam recolhido apenas o lixo, deixando o vaso sanitário e os bichos no chão, do mesmo jeito que estava. Na mesma hora envie novamente mensagem pra recepção, onde a moça foi super irônica falando que iria me enviar a melhor governanta. A água acabou, o chuveiro é ducha e com vários furinhos entupidos, onde espalha água pra todo lado, molhando todo o banheiro. Pelo preço que paguei na vale a pena, o café da manhã é razoável. Quando fui embora pra fazer o check-out eu pedi para me enviarem o mensageiro, o mesmo falou pra eu ir a pé, até a recepção porque iria buscar mais bagagens, ou seja misturando a minha com a de outras pessoas. Não vale a pena, um lugar caríssimo com pouca qualidade, nunca mais eu volto. A única foto que consegui tirar foi do chão, porque esqueci do vaso sanitário.

Quarto confortável, hotel com ótima estrutura de lazer, mas despreparados, faltou energia em alguns momentos, o café da manhã era até às 10h, mas se chegasse 9h30 já não tinha o cardápio completo. Faltou água em dois momentos em dois dias, mas o pior foi no check-out, tivemos que tomar banho de garrafa por conta própria, sem nenhum suporte do hotel.

Tinha tudo para ser o melhor resort do Rio, mas é muito mal administrado! Péssima manutenção! Infiltrações, paredes descascadas, cortinas velhas é que não vedam a luz do sol, comida muito aquém do esperado para um resort e com péssima reposição! Você fica esperando um bom tempo até chegar reposição! Serviço de quarto não arrumou a cama durante minha estadia!! Faltam espreguiçadeiras e sombras na piscina!! Spa tem paredes que parecem de uma escola pública, só tem uma massagista e massagem muito aquém do valor pago, além do que existe uma área que seria linda do spa com piscina coberta e jacuzzi abandonadas! Não tenho dúvida que no passado já foi bom! Por hora, péssima administração! E não é por falta de dinheiro porque o hotel estava cheio! Ah.. Ainda ficam tentam te empurrar programa de compra de quartos! Alguém tem coragem de comprar? Meu Deus! Lamentável! Espero que mudem radicalmente a administração e manutenção, porque o futuro é sombrio e será uma perda muito grande para búzios! Pelo valor que cobram, não vale a hospedagem!
