Nicht empfehlenswert!
Ausstattung mangelhaft, Sauberkeit mangelhaft, für 5 Erwachsene gebucht aber nur für 3 Personen Besteck in unterschiedlicher Anzahl. Kochgeschirr nicht ausreichend, der E-Herd verdreckt, den mußte ich erstmal säubern, Essgeschirr teilweise nicht in der benötigten Anzahl vorhanden, Teppichboden unzumutbar, die Bettwäsche die sich auf den Betten befand war ebenfalls verdreckt und mehr als unzumutbar. Fernbedienungen für TV Benutzung defekt und ohne Batterien. In dieser FeWo ist eine Grundsanierung erforderlich.

Nicht den Erwartungen entsprechend
In der Beschreibung stand nicht, dass die Wohnung sich im obersten Stock befindet. Die Küche ist mangelhaft ausgestattet. Es gab keine Reibe und auch keine vernünftige Schneidemesser. Der Backofen ist austauschbedürfrig da nicht alle Funktionen vorhanden sind und wenn man auf Unterhitze dreht gibt es einen Kurzschluss. Die Kaffeemaschine funktioniert auch nicht. Die Rollladen bei der Terassentür schwergängig. Und eine Klimaanlage würde auch nicht stören. Im großen und ganzem ist es eine schöne Wohnung aber Modernisierungsbedürftig und eher für Familien mit größeren Kindern geeignet.
