From the outside the property is very deceiving, but once you walk in, you will feel like you are definitely going to enjoy your stay! The property has been presented with well thought out design and comfort, and furnished with everything guests would require.

The property is perfectly set-up and located for families of all ages, with a fantastic playground across the road for children. The addition of a high chair and cot ensures that even the youngest guests are comfortably accommodated. Sandylands would also be the ideal base for business travelers that enjoy the comforts of home while away.

The shores of Geographe bay are 1km, the Abbey boat ramp is 1.8kms from the property and The Shed Markets and Amelia Park Tavern is 1.2km - what more could you ask for!

With air conditioning and fans to keep cool in summer and a wood fire to keep warm in winter, Sandylands is perfect for that relaxing getaway all year round.

In a quiet neighbourhood but easy access to amenities and all locations of interest down south. Clean property, comfortable bed, good hot water and dog friendly. Suited our needs fine, would stay again.
