Downstairs, retreat to the second living area with a sofa and TV—perfect for late-night movies.
Whip up delicious meals in the fully equipped kitchen, featuring an oven, dishwasher, and an automated coffee machine for your morning ritual. The spacious island bench with stools is ideal for casual breakfasts, while the solid timber dining table with seating for six invites shared meals and lively conversation. As night falls, fire up the BBQ on the side deck and enjoy alfresco dining with the fresh coastal breeze.
Recharge in four serene bedrooms with large windows framing leafy views. After a beach day, retreat to the upstairs primary suite, sinking into the king bed after indulging in the spa-like ensuite with a rainfall shower and dual vanities. Downstairs, three additional queen bedrooms provide plenty of space for everyone. Freshen up in the main bathroom, featuring a large vanity and walk-in shower, while a discreetly tucked-away washer ensures your wardrobe stays fresh throughout your stay.
For added comfort, air conditioning is available in both living areas, while fans and heaters are provided in all bedrooms. Off-street parking is available for guests. Firewood is provided in winter for the fireplace, with extra available for purchase at local service stations and hardware stores.

Linen and towels are available as an optional add-on for a flat rate of $249. If you'd like to include this package, please let us know when booking. Alternatively, if you prefer not to purchase the linen package, we kindly ask that you bring your own sheets and towels.
Please note, if booking between 1st December and 30th March, the holiday home must not be occupied on days with a declared Extreme or Catastrophic Fire Danger Rated day. For your safety, and following DFES advice, the property must be evacuated during any such declaration. During these periods, travel in the area should be limited to the townships.
School Leavers: We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year.
Exclusive Escapes wishes you an enjoyable vacation but we also ask for you to show consideration to the neighbours with respect to noise, especially after the hours of 10pm. This house is situated in a quiet residential area. Please be aware that outdoor music is not permitted at any time of day, and that loud or noisy gatherings will not be tolerated with respect to the neighbouring properties.
Council regulations allow holiday homes to be rented for accommodation purposes only and not as a function venue e.g. for a party or wedding. Functions and gatherings are not permitted and, if evidenced will be closed down immediately.
Please be aware that noise complaints are a breach of our terms and conditions and may result in forfeit of your bond and / or possible immediate eviction from the property.
