호텔의 청결도와 프론트의 대응은 친절하고 좋았습니다 다만 엘리베이터 대기시간이 너무 길어서 엘베앞에서만 1시간을 기다려서 체크아웃을 했네요 체크아웃할때 엘베안에서 많은 투숙객들이 다시는 이 호텔을 이용하지 않는다는 항의가 많았습니다 엘리베이터의 개선이 시급합니다~

The hotel is near the metro station and has many restaurants nearby. But we have lost the way to the reception at first because it’s on the second floor. The room was clean and wide enough. Then we had confused we couldn’t have hot water in the bathroom. The boiler didn’t work. Unfortunately we will not stay here. Bytheway the elevator are SO crowded.

호텔 바로 앞에 지하철 역이 있어서 대중교통 이용도 편리하고 지하주차장 넓어서 주차도 편해요. 호텔 주변에 맛집과 해운대 시장이 있어 주변 인프라 좋아요. 호텔 매니저님 친절하시고 호텔 객실도 넓어서 여러모로 편하게 쉬다가 왔어요.
