Loved the location (walking distance from and connected via above-ground walkways tp Busan Train Station), and it felt like a home away from home. The views were great and the apartment was spacious. The beds were comfortable. Check-in was seamless but a bit confusing but if you follow the instructions, it's not too bad. I would stay here again, and highly recommend it for families who need a kitchen, fridge and washer/dryer. You don't have access to the pool or gym.

This was a beautiful place and I’m sad to give it such a low rating. I cannot in good conscience give more than three stars because of the sewage smell. There were six of us staying here and we had to work with one bathroom. Both bathrooms smelled but one of them smelled like death. They came by to fix the issue but I think there is a bigger problems because it didn’t help at all. Other than the smell, this place was perfect, beautiful and conveniently located.

We were looking forward to spending time together as family and got a family suite. However, we were double booked and when we arrived, our room was rented out and already occupied. It was confusing for a bit but the security helped us get in touch with the Brown Suite management and a lady came to us. She was apologetic and explained the double booking situation. Five stars for her to make it right. We got a smaller suite, though we were separated between two living areas, we were at least in the same suite. She gave us the suite for no cost and gave us a full refund for the double booked reservation. Thanks for her to make it right. I would recommend this place, it is very clean, new, quiet and safe place to stay. These units are basically high end residential suites in a newly built high rise condo. I would definitely come back here to stay.

Beautiful, spacious, luxurious apartment hotel. We only stayed for one night but it was probably one of the best places I’ve stayed in. 3-bedrooms, 2-baths with a large kitchen/dining combo; amazing view! Location was quiet and safe; short walk to train station and food/shopping options. Great communication with the property; they sent all the info through email shortly after the booking was confirmed; they even allowed us early check-in. The only negative was that there were no large bathroom towels provided. Otherwise, I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again!

Fantastic place to stay!
The location of Brown Suites is perfect, it is close to the station for easy transportation, restaurants for good food, and the view is spectacular! The room itself was spacious, clean and truly beautiful, exactly as advertised. When I had a question, communication with the staff was quick and easy.

Loved our stay here! The view from our room was incredible! The buildings are also connected to the train station so we were able to walk right over after our train ride from Seoul. Apartment was beautiful and convenient store downstairs was very useful! Would highly recommend to anyone wanting a peaceful stay with beautiful views!

Great place, amazing view, but takes awhile going to and from most attractions. Busan traffic in car can be overwhelming. Convenient for being close to KTX station but a quite a distance from the subway station.
