A wonderful five star resort and spa type place. We were the first paying guests. Very safe and secluded. Very friendly staff and modern, spacious rooms. Good for hiking, though warned of bears and wolves. Food was haute cuisine. And great variety. Only big minus was the absence of alcohol!

Guzel bir konaklama
Otel cok yeni, milli parkin icinde yer aliyor. Tüm malzemeler ustun kalitede. Kaz tuyune alerjim oldugu icin yastik menusunden yastik ve yorgan degisimi istedik, 10 dakikada yenileri geldi. Tum calisanlar cok guleryuzlu ve yardımcı. Minibar ücretsizdi ancak dolabin icindeki sise soda muhtemelen bir önceki musteriden acilmis ve yarisinda idi, bu sebeple kullanmadik. Odanin ici, çarsaflar ve havlular cok temizdi. Odadaki klima calismiyordu, belki de biz calistiramamis olabiliriz:) ancak hava guzel oldugu icin ihtiyacimiz olmadı. Zemin kattaki odada kaldigimiz icin direkt bahceye acilan teras mevcuttu. En belirgin eksi olabilecek ozellik yan odadaki konusmalarin hepsinin duyuluyor olmasiydi. Bunun disinda cevre duzenlemesi, lobby ortamı ve genel diger ozellikler dusunuldugunde, otel özellikle karlı havalarda cok daha güzel bir atmosfere sahip olacaktır.

Konfor ve doğa
Otelin sunduğu imkanlar çok iyi. Otelin kurulduğu yer doğa ile iç içe, oldukça ferahlık sağlıyor. Yüzme havuzu ısıtmalı, serine havada bile suya girilebilir, spa ortamı nezih. Verdikleri balkonlu odayı çok beğendim, balkonda oturup istediğiniz kadar şehirden uzak kafa dinleyebilirsiniz. Ayrıca ağaçlar içinde bir yürüyüş parkuru da var. Arabayla birkaç dakikada Bakacak ve Sarıalana gezmeye gidilebilir. Otel çalışanları güler yüzlü ve çok ilgili. Fiyat biraz pahalı ama fiyatını hak eden bir yer olduğu belirtilmeli.

İyi bir Swissotel deneyimi ama 3 konuya dikkat!
Otel genel itibariyle çok etkileyici. Bina çok güzel. Ekip çok kibar ve yardımcı. Odalar temiz, yeni ve geniş. Tek restoran var ama yemekler iyi. Spor salonu harika. İyi bir Swissotel deneyimi yaşadım gerçekten oldukça mutlu etti çok teşekkürler. Üç yorumum var: 1) Tam bir kayak oteli değil. Shuttle var demişlerdi ama shuttle denen aslında ücretli transfer. Arabayla 15dk'da gidip gelinebiliyor dağa, problem yok. Akşamları daha sakin geçirmek isteyenler için tercih edilebilir, dağdaki her otelden daha güzel. 2) Bu önemli. "Konaklama yeri imkan ve olanakları" altında kokteyl kadehi ikonu ile "Bar" yazıyor. Yiyecek / içecek altında ayrıca "Bar" bilgilendirmesi var. Bunlar yanıltıcı, çünkü otelde alkol satılmıyor. Bir bar yok. Eğer böyle olduğunu bilseydim, gelmezdim. 3) 253TL'ye ($8) kahve satılıyor, bu İstanbul'daki en iyi yeni nesil kahvecilerden bile yüksek. Ama bari kaliteli bir kahve içebilsek, kapsül Nespresso biraz ayıp oluyor bu fiyata.

Otel genel olarak çok iyi. Şubatta konakladık. Tüm otel personeli hizmet konusunda özenli ve dikkatli.Bir kaç küçük aksaklık dışında sorun olmadı. Resepsiyon iki ayrı istediğimiz için getirmediği için tekrar hatırlatmak durumda kaldık. Kahvaltıda espresso benzeri makine göremeyince talep ettik. Bir makine konulabilir. Çayları termostan yerine demlik/makineden verilse daha sıcak olur. Kahvaltı çeşitleri gayet yeterli. Geç check-out talebimize olumlu bakılmadı ama bir ara çözüm bulduk. Spa alanı güzel. Akşam yemeği için alacart menüsü de iyi. Odun fırını kullanıması tercihimizi o yöne kaydırdı.
