The apartments are spacious and nicely furnished. The problem is being close to the highway which can be a bit noisy in some of the rooms.

This is just an accommodation not a suites hotel. The TV was not working for 3 days and no technician came to fix it. One receptionist was very rude when asking to fix it. The front glasses were transparent and directly to the street. The house keeping only comes when you ask and I was not informed about that. The toilet washing pipe was very dirty and broken. Overall quality of the furniture and rooms was bad. Only the location is good.

The hotel is clean, the reception is excellent and they provide assistance and there is a device to request the taxi once you press the button The taxi comes to you quickly. It is an excellent service and the reception staff Tarek, Amer, Kassem and Karam are all excellent helpful thank you.

This was the best hotel and the best hospitality in Bursa! I am very happy with the service the hotel provided us. The rooms were very clean and the staff were friendly and provided us with all the accommodations we needed. I recommend this hotel for anyone looking to stay at a safe and clean place in Bursa.
