There was no elevator to one side of the hotel and the toilet smell was horrible it would even be carried into the room if the door was not shut. The bathroom was very small that even the door could not completely open, it would hit the toilet seat if you tried to open it.

Awful Hotel
The room was terribly dirty and the receptionist provided few more other rooms to check but all of them were terribly dirty as well. So we requested them to cancel our reservation and they confirmed that they will cancel it after our request. However now hotel owner mentioned that they will not give our money back instead of shame and apologising!

The location was excellent. Room clean and comfortable. Breakfast buffet was varied and plentiful and staff very helpful and pleasant. We stayed in room 302 and although some minor maintenance needs to be done it was a great stay and excellent value. Would happily stay again.

Poor breakfast and have to ask for room cleaning
Breakfast is like in prison. It is made using cheapest groceries. French fries is cold and uneatable. You need to ask for room cleaning and changing sheets an towels. Location is perfect but everything else is terrible 😔

We really enjoyed our stay at Bursa Family, the price was very affordable and the location was perfect, located right in the historic center next to the Grans Baazar and all of the tourist attractions. I will be coming back soon

EXCELLENT VALUE and LOCATION
Best hotel I’ve ever stayed in, excellent value for money , nice neat buffet system breakfast, beautiful wooden furniture in the rooms. Location is best , is near everything , right in front of the grand bazar and few mins walk to Osamn Gazi Tomb amazing stay and just outside the hotel is the taxi stand , so easy transport too , they also allowed me to keep my luggage in reception both times when I came earlier than check in time and when I had to go shopping after check out time and helped with luggage too, I loved my stay at Bursa, kind people , thank you so much for everything!!!

12/08/2024 tarihinde girmiş oldugum otelimde odam hazirlaniyliyor denilerek 14:00 yasal saatimde odaya gecmem istenildi. Ben ise haklari oldugu icin aksam saat 18:00 a kadar vakit kaybetmemek icin gezdim. Geldigimde odamda ki carsaflar degisitirilmemisti ayrica odamda el yikama sabunu terlik ve şampuan eksikti bunlarin sayesinde odama hic girmediginin farkina iyice varmistim. O gün hicbir sey soylemedim ve aksam eksikler bir sekilde tamamlandi carsaf usulen degistirildi. Ertesi gun 13/08/2024 de sabah otelimi uzetmek istedim ve ucreti odedim oder iken sabah ozelllikle odamin detayli temizlenmesini istedim ve tekrar gezmeye ciktim saat 17:57 de otele dondugumde karsilasmis oldugum manzara karsisinda sok oldum. Saat 19:00 a kadar odamin temizlenmesini bekledim dinlenmek surda dursun sinirden ve stresten yoruldum. Ayrica aileminde yaninda olması sebebi ile aileme karşı mahcup oldum tuttuğun otel bumu olayina geldi. Yani kısacası bu otelde kalmayin kaldirmayin vereceginiz paraya yazik. Kahvalti normal zaten tek iyi tarafi diyecegimiz seyler kahvalti ve merkeze yakınlığı yoksa geri kalanı bos bir otel.

Die WC Brille war locker, diese müsste befestigt werden. Das Hotel war sauber. Die Pommes und die angebratene Wurst waren vom Vortag. Die Unterkunft ist aber sehr zu empfehlen.
