Surprisingly clean and comfortable. It was a last minute short trip but I’m hoping I get more time to enjoy the hotel on the next trip. First review of a hotel because I was pleasantly surprised!

Very good stay for trip across Northern California and stop at Burney Falls. It was hard to contact the hotel to make a change in our reservation, but finally did and everything was good when we arrived. Would stay again!

Staff is very nice and friendly. The Blackberry Patch restaurant is a short walk across the street - great for breakfast. Laundromat next door is clean and convenient.

The lady in the front was very nice and friendly. The rooms were clean. The bed squeaks a lot, but other than that they were comfortable. My family and I enjoyed the stay. Will definitely stay again in the future. Very quiet at night and next to convenient stores. I love that it had a microwave and mini refrigerator. You can also grab complimentary snacks and ice in the front office, that super sweet. Oh and the biggest perk was that they have two room available in one, if you have kids thats a big plus!

It is what it is for Burney Falls. Room was clean and staff was nice. Just small rooms and a little outdated. We only need a night cause we were on our way up north.

1 story motel w 1 step to get in. Convenient location near Burney Falls and Lassen. Walking distance to some restaurants and Grocery Outlet. We appreciated that our room was cool in temperature upon checking in even when it was a warm day but perhaps it was because I told them when I would check in. We stayed in the 2 bedroom (king, 2 twin beds) unit. It was fairly quiet except that you can hear the occasional shower/toilet usage from the neighbors. Clean unit. No frills, but has mini fridge and microwave. Comfortable beds.

Comfortable, quiet room with the basic amenities. A little dirt on the floor behind the bathroom door and an odd odor from the air conditioner when running, otherwise clean with some nice updates. A restaurant and grocery stores are very close and just a short drive to Burney Falls. Would stay again.

Room was clean and comfortable. It was great for a one night stay for the 3 of us as we explored the National Parks. I’d advise bringing your own shampoo, conditioner, and coffee.

The property is very clean and well maintained. It is also dated and rooms are small. BUT it has charm and they communicate well. Welcoming us via email and sending reminders I don’t often get with large chain hotels.
