Disappointed no Hot Tub
We usually come to this hotel every year for our family reunion. One of the main reasons we pick this hotel is for the pool and hot tub. We were extremely disappointed to find that the hot tub has been filled in and there's no longer there, but also that a pipe is sticking out that both of my kids and myself tripped over because it's not covered. we found out that there are new owners. We had several issues with the TV as well. The gentleman from the front desk did come up to our room to try and help us but the DIRECTV just kept going out. Upon check out, I was trying to explain the issues with the TV, but no compensation was offered and no Concern was offered either. This was a huge letdown as we usually love this hotel. Not sure if we will stay there again next year or over the holidays we might have to look into one of the other hotels. The staff is extremely friendly and very helpful where they can be just several misses with this hotel. I will sit also that the pictures are outdated and they still show the hot tub in the pool picture.

Dirty, dead bugs in our room. We were put in a handicap room. Noisy! Linens dingy. This is our 3rd year staying and bad experience this time. Will never go back. Did not even get a bill when I checked in. Dont know what I paid.

Nice amenities in the room i.e. frig, microwave, coffee and TV. Pillows were all soft but it would be helpful to have a couple firmer ones.

Place was nice check In was simple and the service was awesome! Only down fall I would say is I spent $185 for the night and couldn’t even get a cup of coffee. I thought they said 6-10 for breakfast but it ended at 9:30, probably my mistake. But I go down to get breakfast for my kids around 9:20 or so and get cereal and orange juice, the lady cleaning glared at me and I said hello to no response. I get the food take it back to the room for my kids and go back for some coffee for my wife and myself to find the doors locked at 9:32. I ask the front desk worker if there is a place to get a cup of coffee to which she responded well looks like they locked it up already but I can go to town for some coffee. The coffee maker in the lobby was broke. I thought maybe I would get let me see if there is anymore left or I can knock to have her let you in, instead I got you can get some in town. For $185 I would think I would have had better service.

Cool stay for the fair
We were in Burlington for 2 days to experience the county fair. Our room was clean, well appointed, and cool. It was terribly hot the 2 days we were in town so my. granddaughter really enjoyed the pool. Breakfast both mornings was to our liking and we both remarked that we would stay here again.

Nice property - bathroom could have been cleaner. Sink had stuff in it and something in the toilet like paper. Rest of the room was perfect.
