Nestled in North Burlington, you are close to everything you'll need for a comfortable stay including tons of dine-in and take-out restaurants, grocery stores and mini-malls for shopping. The laundry room is a shared amenity with other guests. It can be accessed through a separating door from your unit that can be locked when you're not using the laundry room.

We will be onsite for outdoor property maintenance. This includes snow clearing, and general groundskeeping.

We provide limited quantities of basic items to get your stay started, including toilet paper, paper towel, soap, salt and pepper, sugar, tea, and coffee. Should you require more, please plan accordingly.

We provide one bath towel per registered guest. Should you need more please plan accordingly.

This is the lower unit of a house. There is also another unit adjacent to this one on the same level. While the walls and ceilings have been sound-proofed, we wanted you to know there is some potential for noise from the other units including running water, footsteps, and some talking.

The temperature is controlled by the host and maintained between 21 and 23 degrees. As this is a basement unit, it will feel colder (especially with AC on in the summer). We want you to be aware that you won't have access to control the temperature yourself, but we'll do our best to accommodate you during your stay.
During your stay at this apartment building, you'll be within walking distance of Bronte Creek Provincial Park.
