Comfort, quality and location - a great choice!
12th Tee is a lovely, very comfortable apartment in a great location; across the road from a big supermarket and other shops and a short walk to many quality restaurants and a large pub. Mel is a great, caring host and we were very well looked after.

The property 12th Tee was a great place to stop at Bargara. Comfortable, quiet close to facilities. The only small concern was Wotif's instructions, however I called up the owner and they quickly sorted my access code, fantastic assistance. Would reccomend, and will stay again.

This was a nice new property and just what I needed as single traveller who was busy during the day, particularly as it was close to where I needed to be. Re the TV in bedroom, I couldn't figure out how to use the TV in the bedroom as just a normal TV and watch local TV channels. There is a TV in the lounge/kitchen area so it didn't matter for me. As there is only one airconditioner in the lounge area, and it isn't that strong, I had to keep it on all night on a very low temperature and high fan, so I could get some relief from the very hot weather in Bargara when I was there. I liked the property and loved that there is a coffee machine, fridge, microwave and kitchen sink. I wouldn't call it a BnB though.

Noisy. Cleaners spent good hour arguing. The gentleman was loud trying to hurry the female cleaner who was trying to do through job. It was horrible to hear. Going inside did not help. Limited breakfast and milk, run out of tea. Had to find extra towels. Limited body wash. Child gate to keep dog out of bedroom kept collapsing. Room too small for king bed. No near area for pet to be leash free. Other dogs at accommodation off leash. Bad language coming from golf course. Very clean, good aircon. Good water pressure in shower.

No information at property as to the pool which is given on the amenities, no email to give code to get in although I did contact the number on the door and a lady did give me the details. Not sure you could call 2 meagre packets of cereal for 2 days breakfast.

I stayed for the weekend with my partner and new born baby for two nights, the first night while giving my baby a feed in the middle of the night I had found a big cockroach on the wall which ended going on the side of my partner bed, I tired to get rid of it myself but it was to quick, also the spray for bugs was empty!! Both nights I didn’t get any good sleeping knowing there was a cockroach around! The shower there when you go to turn it on smells like sewage was so disappointed as I live in the country myself and can’t take nice long showers so again I was rushing, the next day I had seen on my bedside table all ants, not just one but heaps, the second night I wanted to check the whole bed out for any bugs or insects, I found three ants in the bed! I was so disappointed and grossed out because I had my new born staying in our bedroom with us as we only got the studio room, I should have said something to the lady there asking for another room but their were others staying in that room, I wish I could of got a refund but they don’t do refunds, after a few days being home I still think about the experience and how gutted I am.

Was clean and well presented with a nice modern touch, also the bed was nice and soft with enough blankets for winter. Only thing I would have like to see was a box of tissues in the bathroom instead of using toilet paper haha. Other then that I would happily stay again. Thanks so much 😁

My wife and I stayed at 12th Tee as a last minute booking and we couldn’t have been more pleasantly surprised. The check-in process was very smooth thanks to the wonderful Mel, the villa was a pleasant surprise. Very clean, roomy and in a convenient location.
