Grand foyer entry with stunning staircase and filled with custom art. Family Room includes card table, professional poker chips, large beanbag chair, pool table, foos ball table, tons & tons of games and puzzles, 100s of DVDs, and video games. 3 Spacious Upstairs Bedrooms. Large Master Bedroom with King Bed & Large Master Bathroom with brand new large shower. 2 Guest Bedrooms with Queen beds and 2 full bathrooms with shower/tub combination. Crown molding, chair rail, and double French entry doors in all rooms. The home sits on 1 acre of land with a wonderful rolling front yard. Location is very close to primary fishing spot and private dock, a short 3 minute golf cart ride away. Balcony porch on the front with ceiling fan for summer nights and lake views in Fall/Winter. Please note this house is not directly on the lake. Rear has a large enclosed brick patio & enormous brick paver driveway leading to a 2 car semi-detached garage. Take the golf cart less than a quarter mile to a neighborhood common area on the lake and private dock with large pontoon boat, available for rent. The dock has a sitting area with swim ladder. After being out on the lake, relax in the large lit up, luxury hot tub with multiple jets and up to 8 adults. A private side seating area looks out over the woods and a children's swing set. Wait for wildlife, especially deer to emerge in the dusk and dawn areas. An outdoor grill and firepit are perfect activities in the evening. An extra upright heater is available for chilly nights. Basketball hoop and numerous outdoor games stored in the garage are perfect to bond family & friends during the day.
