Bring your boat and/or jetskis to the private marina and dock, 3 car garage, close to everything, Restaurants, 5 Golf courses, stores, gyms,. Very CLEAN, renovated, all modern, well maintained, all amenities you need. Enjoy the lapping waves in the early morning on your main balcony over the River with coffee and late night with wine or go on your private master bedroom balcony in the Middle of the night! I finally found my dream of owning a home on the water & want to share it with everyone for the Joy it brings!! Plenty of parking, separate lot for Trailers, Gated community. Community Pool and Jacuzzi, private dock.
