we walked in to the lobby to our room being given away to someone else because they had an issue with the people next door for which the police had to be called. We had to wait 1 HOUR in the lobby for the room those people were staying in to be cleaned for us. It was a horrible experience and we were extremely exhausted from our day and just wanted to rest. We were told by staff to come back in the morning and speak to a supervisor regarding the issue, before checked out we did exactly that. We were told to contact Expedia since we booked through them and ask for a refund. I confirmed twice that the hotel would approve the refund and the supervisor said yes. She even repeated herself when we checked out. I contacted Expedia and they reached out to the hotel and the declined the refund. I tried multiple times to contact the hotel myself and I was put through to a voicemail each time it has now been 10 days and still no one has gotten back to me. I asked Expedia to reach out again because that is ridiculous for the hotel to decline the refund when it was fully promised because of what happens. Expedia said they reached out multiple times as well and the MANAGER declined the refund. The manager was not there and clearly does not care about their customers to say they are not going to give a refund after everything that happened which has been clearly noted in their system and the refund has been promised by a supervisor. Never staying here again.

Liked how close it is to main hwy Breakfast was okay looked better in the picture on your advertising Pool was nice hot tub would make it sooooo nice Beds were terrible our beds both leaned head down mattress was thin so overall average stay we wanted a great experience and left with an okay so for over $800.00 Canadian for a half day Fri all sat all sun and checked out before 6am Sunday We found WAY over priced.Sorry but we travel a lot and have had cheaper stays with Great reviews left after 😑☹ī¸

Friendly staff, nice quiet area with bright lobby area. Breakfast was great, fitness area nice. The hotel was in a convenient location. Rooms were clean and well-maintained. Staff was very helpful. Definitely recommend this pet-friendly hotel !!

There was mold in the sink, it's a shame I didn't take a picture, it was so disgusting if visitors saw it they wouldn't want to stay. My children were not allowed to enter the room because I arrived in Iate The lobby the couches are dirty the staff members are not wearing uniforms the cleaners with the hijab is a bit scary the landscaping outside is poor

Staff were very friendly. Our check-in was very smooth. The room was tight, though. Also the recreational area could have been better kept. All of the games were either damaged or missing pieces. Breakfast was good, and the staff were friendly, and made sure to constantly refill the breakfast items. The staff definitely helped differentiate this stay.

Got in late on a Sunday night and left early the next morning, but check in was effortless, the room was quiet, the bed was super comfy, the bathroom was clean, and checkout was a breeze. No issues at all, would definitely stay there again!
