This was my worst lodging experience ever! The sheets were dirty and there was a ton of mold/mildew on the edge of shower. I arrived late. Had booked a king size bed room. They told me they gave all king size rooms away so they were giving me a room with two queens. No offer to compensate me. When I entered the room and went to lay down there was dirt on the sheets and little black specks of something. Not sure what. Due to the late hour and exhaustion I checked the other bed and just slept there. In the morning when I went to take a shower there was a ton of mold/mildew. Upon providing this information to the hotel manager at check out he said “well, you just booked it last night, last minute, and got a deal in the price so you don’t need any type of discount/refund”. So I said maybe in your add you should put discounted price for dirty hotel room. I do still have pictures.

The room smelled like mold and had mild in the air conditioner. The carpet was wet around the air conditioner. There was dirt and grout dust all through the bathroom. Never enough

This location is undergoing some management changes and they were not really ready to accommodate visitors with extra towels, sheets and such. Linens were limited but housekeeping did pick them up and washed and delivered them once they were dried. So they were trying. Toilet in room wouldn’t refill with water so we had to fill it with cups of water just so we could flush! Other than that it was a pleasant stay

The first disappointment was that the door to the room didn't lock after driving 14 hrs. This becomes a major issue. Breakfast was edible but not memorable or tasty. The room keys kept loosing the charge. The toilet is not secured properly to the floor and rocks back and forth AND the bathroom sink fell out of the vanity. We paid full price for all these issues and didn't even get a better room with a sink.The owner has a lot of repairs that need to be done, and this room should not have been billed at full price.

Good location but poor lighting by the street entrance of the lot to hotel . Great service and friendly / helpful employees. Comfy bed but could improve on cleanliness and being more eco friendly .

Our stay was great for one night. The only issues i had were; no extra toilet paper in the bathroom; no wash cloths plus when you turned the bathroom light on the exhaust fan came on too which i get but it was loud. The issues i mentioned would not stop me from staying here again though.

I reserved 2 rooms with the double beds. checked in around 11:30pm. the first room was unlocked and one of the beds wasn't made. that was resolved by assigning me another room. the second room only had one set of towels enough for one person only. that was resolved. bed sheets had stains, shower stall floors could use some deep cleaning. I expected better from LaQuinta for what I paid for the rooms. Ive been to cleaner motel 6 and knights inn than this place. I was in town for only for a day for a funeral. and wanted just wanted for everything to be over with.

I didn’t stay. La Quinta just lied on their website. The policy says they are pet friendly. And they specify they “accept only dogs and cats less than 75lbs”. I drove there during my trip and they refused my check-in because I had a little, small cat with me. This hotel is a fraud. Smell bad, and the location also is very dangerous. DONT GO THERE!!!

The staff were on their phones. Our room microwave was taken away and the coffee pot as well. Our pillows were dirty. Of course nothing was going to be done about it. I wish they could’ve been fair and reimbursed part of the funds for the inconvenience or moved us to another room.

the room had no soap or ammendties, the floor was sticky, had to ask for fresh towels daily,their never was no hand towels. the morning breakfast area was dirty the lady chatted with her friend while sitting on in the chair,the lady behind the counter was the only nice person of the staff that worked their.

I reserved 3 rooms one of the room had an unsable toilet and we were told to use the lobby restroom. The lobby restroom was locked. Luckily we had 2 other rooms. During our stay, the staff promised to get in contact with manager. The manager never showed up and stopped answering the staff's calls. I feel bad for their. staff
