I was pleasantly surprised by how clean the hotel was. I’ve stayed in many hotels in and around Buffalo and all were dirty. La Quinta was spotless. Not a lot of space to eat breakfast though and you can’t bring your food to your room

We got to the motel from out of town 3 1/2 hours . We had to wait right until 3:00 pm check in. When we finally got our room. They left an ionizer in the room accidently to rid the room of smells. When we pulled the covers down for bed at 11pm. We realized that they just changed the sheets on a bed that had been pee’d in.I tried to get ahold of the front desk but no one there. Also the pool has been out off order for sometime. STAY AWAY

We booked this hotel for the pool, but they don’t allow guests to use their pool, seems to be the way of a lot of hotels now, they should take it off of their advertising. The hotel was clean and comfortable and the location was good for shopping convenience.

Pool very small with a strong chlorine smell. Short on seating in breakfast area. The biggest comment was that our room was not cleaned as we stayed a second night. When we commented they said it was up to us to request the cleaning and there was nobody that evening to help us. We had to go to front desk to be topped up. They said manager would call us in morning but that didn’t happen. Very disappointing.

Perfectly nice room
The room was clean and Cozy, super quiet location even though there is a highway near the hotel. The bed was comfy and the sheets were soft. The only issue was the shower pressure but that wasn’t even a big deal, still got clean. The breakfast was good as well. I’d stay there again for sure!
