I had a mixed experience. Unfortunately, the hotel couldn't provide me with a room key due to a system issue for the majority of my stay. This was quite inconvenient as I had to rely on staff to access my room each time. It wasn't until the last night of my stay that the issue was resolved and I finally received a key.
Adding to the frustration, the front desk staff were not exactly apologetic for my inconvenience and the situation. This indifferent attitude significantly diminished the overall quality of my stay.
Aside from this, the room itself was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Housekeeping did an excellent job, and the amenities provided met my expectations.
The breakfast offerings were standard but satisfactory, with a decent variety of options to choose from. The common areas, including the lobby and dining area, were kept tidy and in good shape.
However, the key issue and the indifferent attitude of the front desk staff overshadowed what could have been a pleasant stay.
