Toilet was wobbly and felt like it was ready to fall off of the hinges. 2 outlets on the lamp but the plugs slots were so loose that a plug would not tightly fit so neither plug worked.

Our first encounter with the staff was not a welcoming experience The young lady who checked us in seemed very annoyed by us just checking in and bothering her Our room was clean but incredibly small for 3 people, even though it was just for sleeping and showering Some of the staff was friendly while others weren’t at all Also this was supposed to be a smoke free hotel and walking through the hallways proved that to not be true Needless to say we will not be returning to stay there when we come back up to visit our daughter who has moved there

The hostility was exceptionally high. This is the second-best hotel I've stayed in. Upon entering, a pleasant aroma greets you, with no hint of smoke. Overall, I felt safe. 10/10 and undoubtedly a 5-Star hotel.

Perfect for a quick overnight stay, $85 is a good price! While neither the hotel nor rooms are fancy, it’s perfect for a short stay. Super nice staff at front desk for a late check-in. Interiors are a bit outdated, but decent and clean. Bedroom generally very clean - except for a couple of some other guests’ hair found in the shower (on the wall precisely) and one by the sink’s faucet. Nothing awful, but would definitely be better without! Shower works fine, shower head has several settings (nice perk), though it leaks a bit. Sink’s faucet was mounted oddly (backwards maybe?) but worked ok. Towels and sheets very clean and neatly folded. Bed reasonably comfortable although it was a spring mattress. Good pillows. Soaps provided are basic and limited but I wouldn’t expect more at that price. Nice little coffee machine with coffee pods and non-descript tea bags. Super clean machine, didn’t use the tea/coffee provided. Very quiet for the most part, only noise from surrounding rooms’ toilets flushing (they are quite loud). A/C worked well, so did the room darkening curtains. Lastly, no weird or marijuana smells, as some reviewers recently complained about. It looks like whatever the hotel is doing about it is working. Breakfast is included, I didn’t try it out by parter did - fairly basic, don’t expect much. But good to have as an option. Would definitely recommend for a quick overnight stay for a price <$100.
