Spacious and functional
I stayed here with a group of 11 guys, and we really enjoyed the property. Having two living rooms and two kitchens gave us plenty of space and flexibility. Everything was clean and well lit, and we found plenty of parking on the street, in addition to the driveway.

Wonderful place and host!
Plenty of space and lots of room for families. The host was very easy to speak with and quite responsive.He even met with us to return the suit that my brother left in the closet. I would heartily recommend this house to anyone.

Functional for large group
House was very functional for a large family. It’s newly renovated with new appliances, very clean. The area itself doesn’t have anything in walking distance, so you’ll need a car to get anywhere. Host is very responsive and helpful. Peace Bridge is close, but Rainbow Bridge is about 20 minutes away by car, which is likely the area you’ll want to be if visiting Niagara Falls.

Awesome Stay
It was a good property located at a walkable distance from Peace Bridge…. We were able to drive all three days to Niagara State Park and falls. Thank you Sumit, you are a wonderful host. Glad that we could meet.

Great Space!
We enjoyed our stay so much that we plan to rent it for our next trip to Buffalo. The home has been completely refurbished and has space for a crowd. Highly recommend.

Great location, perfect set-up!
This house was centrally located to all the things we wanted to do over the long weekend. The set-up was perfect for our two families with a complete kitchen upstairs and downstairs. Laundry and dryer on site was great and the host was incredibly responsive and helpful. I hope we have a reason to stay again!

Great home for large families
Our family stayed here during a weekend trip to the falls. The home was very spacious to accommodate a large family (7 adults, 4 children). The home was about 30 minutes from the falls, which was pretty convenient. The host/ owner was responsive to texts when I reached out with questions. The neighbors who we encountered were friendly some were also welcoming. Our only complaint was that there were not many wash cloths, though there were plenty of towels. Overall, I would recommend this home to large families.

Nice apartment!
This is a big and very well organized house. We went there for a three days trip to Niagara Falls. We stayed together 4 families with kids, we had enough room to feel comfortable. Highly recommend!
