Air conditioner was very noisy. It sounded like it was not going to stay working. The pool was not available so if you wanted to go swimming, you had to go to the neighboring hotel. Breakfast was ok , not the best but ok. Room phone didnt work when we first got there. The hotel is in need of updating. But it was clean. Overall it was ok

We love this hotel
Always an amazing time here. We stay here a lot. This is always our first preference when we’re in Buena Park. Clean, service is always great. Breakfast in the morning is pretty good. 100 degrees outside and AC wasn't working properly. Front desk was rude when we asked if another room was available. They told us that 3rd party bookings, such as Hotels.com, are their lowest priority. Pool area looked like a war zone. Booked for 4 nights, had to cancel the last 3 and find another place to stay. Palm and forehead prints on our car windows from car prowlers.
