Check in was a breeze, they are well staffed. My room was clean and everything worked as expected. The property is currently going through a face lift and it looks great! Check out was very easy do to the on line check out process.

They took my money. I never checked in. Thieven, triffling. They must be in desperate need for money. The elevator has been broken for over a year. The parking lot is full of homeless. And drug addicts. I will never go there again. I got robbed by magement

We came here with our family of 8. We just wanted a place to sleep at night. We did theme parks in the morning. It was a great value. No microwave in the rooms, but a continental breakfast that everyone enjoyed! Staff was friendly, always! The kids had a fun time in the pool. They accommodated us by putting our rooms together together, which is the first time anyone we have booked on Expedia has been able to do that for us.

Not worth it if you want to visit downtown or even disneyland. Transportation is not good. Rooms: doesn’t feel good, property looks very old. Positive: Target and restaurants are in walking distance.

As others have stated in other reviews, this property is a little dated and the exterior could use a little TLC, but the rooms were clean and the bed was very comfortable. I would gladly stay with my family again on our next trip to the Anaheim area.

I never received my incidental deposit for some reason. The area is really sketchy, as well as the parking lot. Lots of litter. Mold in rooms. Breakfast was just muffins. Room was big, so that was nice.
