I found the receptionist Suzana to be very professional abd helpful. I liked the modernised old world European charm at an affordable price. The room was spacious with little professional touches such as a sophisticated coffee machine. The shower was excellent . The balconies were spacious , but did overlook each other. The breakfast was excellent, so unlike those wretched USA chain hotel breakfasts created by accountants. The staff were all friendly. I realise the Iberostar Slavija Budva is not in the center of Budva, but close enough for me and especially with a car it helped me enjoy a perfect stay.

Great hotel
Excellent hotel and very friendly and helpful staff! The hotel breakfast was excellent as was the entire stay! Good location (20-24 min walk to Old Town), underground parking was only 7 EUR. Highly recommend!

From the moment we arrived, the reception staff made us feel truly welcome. Their politeness, professionalism, and helpfulness were outstanding. We were particularly impressed by their willingness to go above and beyond to accommodate our 5am early check-out request. They prepared a delicious and thoughtful breakfast that made our departure even more enjoyable. Our room was impeccably clean and comfortable, with a luxurious bed that ensured a restful night's sleep. We had a great time - the staff were so helpful and friendly! Breakfast was very nice and the pool area is great. Massages were okay, good value for money but a bit more communication from the therapists would have been good. Otherwise the rest of the spa and gym were also good.

Shiny floors wound make a real 5* hotel!
Your breakfast was not so good, quality of food was almost bad! I been in most big chain hotels like Hilton, Mariott, Sheraton, Sofitel, Four Seasons and this was a weakest! Omelle station was nice. Also in room, there is nothing extra, not even a paper and pen! Also bathroom just have towels. I know you want to be paper and plastic free company, but it feel you just to save money! Also they charge my room, when check in? If this is Iberostar this was my first and last stay.

Hotel was very clean and all the staff are very polite. The spa is amazing and is a must! The pool area is very clean and enough sun loungers, the infinity pool with the views was stunning. The breakfast was also good with lots of variety. Overall a lovely stay and would definitely come back to this hotel.

A nice welcome to Budva
A lovely, new hotel with large, beautifully decorated rooms. Front desk staff was very welcoming and friendly. Top floor pool and restaurant are nice. The hotel is on a busy street, so sitting on the balcony was not suitable, but with the doors closed, there is no noise.

The hotel was nice nothing exceptional, the breakfast buffet had a nice assortment of food, the rooftop pool was nice. The location was not the best. A big negative was that 2 days in a row we did not have water around dinner time in our room.
